Following COVID-19, patients were unable to reach the hospital and receive necessary treatment which includes pharmaceutical agents. Therefore a mechanism was implemented overnight to distribute the drugs to the doorstep of patients. Consultants, medical officers, nursing officers and pharmacists gave their fullest cooperation. Some consultants gave their own personal numbers for this purpose. But it was evident that we need an organized solution for this. With the blessings of the Ministry of Health Dialog Axiata PLC offered us a solution for the patients to reach us through 1390 which is totally free of charge for the patient. Along with this Doc990 offered their appointment reserving system free of charge for the hospital to establish the clinic appointment system. You will receive the reservation confirmation SMS as well as the reminder SMS 48 hours prior to the appointment.
