Central Sterile Services Department and Laundry
The current Central Sterile Services Department (CSSD) was established in the year 2000. Currently running in full capacity 6 High pressure machines and N95 decontaminator CSSD provides for the entire hospital. From receiving sterilizing and issuing of instruments, linen, LP sets etc. it sterilizes water for various medical procedures and prepares various kinds of dressing materials.
The work force consists of Incharge Nursing Officer, 5 Nursing Officers supportive staff.
VPOPD clinic is located towards the Baseline road entrance of the hospital. Once enter from the main entrance from Baseline roadside this is the first clinic on left hand side room No. 8. Our working hours are from 8am to 4pm. During morning session all new and follow up patients are seen while evening session is more dedicated for follow up patients.
