Patients following road traffic accidents, assaults and abuse are referred to the JMO. Necessary action is taken thereafter including follow up.
The work force consists of a Judicial medical Officer and supportive staff.
JMO clinic is held in the JMO office.
- Examination of a patient suspected with injuries/ abuse.
- Providing necessary Medico Legal Documents.
- Taking care of the process from hospitalization to courts.
- Providing evidence at courts.
- Providing clinic followup.
